Each Bifarm Aeroponic device is comprised of hardware and software that work together to create one cohesive system.
Each device is made with an
insulated skeletal structure to protect and house root systems. Since growing mediums are not used in aeroponics, roots are more susceptible to changes in their environment. Our insulated chambers help to decrease environment fluctuations and keep plants happy and most importantly healthy.
Atomizing nutrient solution nozzles provide an advanced method for water and nutrient delivery. Roots take in nutrients more efficiently when solution droplets reach a certain size. Better absorption is an overall contribution to the accelerated growth many have seen in aeroponics.
Pressurized pumps are the circulatory system to the nutrient delivery process. These pumps auto-regulate pressure to reach a maximum of 120 psi. These pumps not only help to power nutrient delivery but clearing build up as well. In the event that ice should develop in the pump line from cooling mechanisms, the Bifarm device can clear itself out.
Cooling and heating components control temperatures within the root chamber and nutrient delivery system. Each nutrient solution reservoir in a Bifarm device actively circulates water and nutrients through the cooling and heating system. The water and nutrient solution is thus delivered at the pre-set temperature and contributing to temperature regulation.
Specialty filtration keeps the inner workings running smooth and free of clogs. Our main filter is designed with three layers of fine stainless steel mesh to protect the reservoir from potential debris. As an added layer of protection, we developed our nylon grow bags that can be used to line the grow chamber for easy clean up.
Easy draining and intake make adding and removing liquids a simple task. Bifarm devices are also compatible with auto-intake functions to improve operations even further.
Much like living creatures, our Bifarm devices are equipped with a peripheral system of sensors feeding data and information back to the brain - GrowOS powered Smart Controller.
Our Bifarm Smart Controllers are the central point where all of the sensors monitoring the device come together. Here, all the gathered information is sent to the GrowOS cloud where it can be viewed and controlled. The smart controller also processes commands made from the GrowOS cloud and directs the appropriate equipment to perform the given task.
Each device comes included with water level, internal temperature, and ambient/outter temperature sensors. Additional pH and EC sensors may also be included with the system. Each sensor receives stimuli from the environment and reports it back to the GrowOS controllers. If any aspect of the monitored environment falls out of pre-programmed parameters the GrowOS controllers will automatically dictate equipment to make corrections.
The GrowOS Controller stores data and photo files locally and runs independently. It also supports Internet connection and can utilize GrowOS Cloud for remote access. As well, GrowOS can send push notifications to your phones for events and monitor status during the grow process.
